I honestly cannot recommend Charlie more! Not only is she ridiculously talented at lashes and brows, she is also such a lovely person who puts you completely at ease and makes you feel so welcome. I don’t think we stopped chatting the entire time and she also took the time to explain what she was doing as she was doing it.
